"Move & Explore" program
Walks of varying lengths - Trail difficulty: Low - Equipment: comfortable shoes / hiking boots
Take a deep breath, become one with nature, find your natural balance, rediscover the desire to exercise.
Nature is Villa Sparina Resort's gymnasium. Recharge your energy supply using our "move & explore" program:
with the help of our Concierge service, you will be able to customise your experience, choosing between
a walk across the rolling green hills surrounding Monterotondo, going for a ride on a mountain bike or a guided tour with our personal trainer.

Muscle training at the Boschetto
The session lasts 50 minutes.
With the help of our personal trainer, begin the day with some morning exercise to awaken the muscles, stretching outdoors in the tranquillity
of the Boschetto, whilst the crisp breeze dances across your face, invigorating you for the day ahead.
Cost: € 60 max 2 people (€ 10 every additional person).

“Green Therapy” program
45 minute guided walk - Trail difficulty: Low - Equipment: comfortable shoes / hiking boots
Become one with nature here at Villa Sparina Resort through our unique experience of “Green Therapy”.
Start from the hotel for a guided 45-minute walk immersed in the greenery of our estate.
On returning to the hotel, begin a sensory awareness session followed by an invigorating and detox steam bath and a choice of herbal teas.
Cost: € 70 max 2 people.

“Pure water” program
A 2 hour mountain bike guided tour to the "Canain" spring- Trail difficulty: Low - Equipment: comfortable shoes / hiking boots.
Taking the road from the Resort in the direction of one of Gavi's many hamlets, Pratolungo, we stop by the ancient tree under
which the Canain rises at a constant temperature of 9 degrees C all year round.
Cost: € 60 for two people (€ 20 for every additional person).

“The Deer's trail” program
2-hour guided walk - Trail difficulty: Low - Equipment: Comfortable shoes / hiking boots
Our personal trainer will guide you on a 2-hour walk through the woodlands which surround our estate.
With a bit of luck you may come across the wild inhabitants of the Monterotondo woods.
Deers, wild boars, foxes, squirrels, hares; these are only some of the animals which make up the local fauna and with
a watchful eye you might spot them as you make your way through the trees.
Halfway through your walk, a pause and the opportunity for a unique experience which will heighten your senses making you more aware of the nature which surrounds you. A series of breathing and self-awareness exercises will help you get more in touch with yourself and your surroundings. 
Another hour's walk will bring you back to the hotel, where our Steam bath will be waiting ready for you as well as a detoxifying herbal tea
to help release everyday stress and enter a “Villa Sparina state of mind”.

Discovering Gavi
4-hour guided walk - Trail difficulty: Low - Equipment: comfortable shoes / hiking boots
In addition to the excellence of the area's wine and food, Gavi offers its visitors unique itineraries through its countryside which can be discovered together with your Villa Sparina Resort guides.
Starting at the hotel, you embark on an hour-long walk amidst the flora and fauna of the high Monferrato area. Deers, foxes, wild boars; these are just a few of the delightful encounters that await you as you make your way towards the medieval fort overlooking Gavi.
On arrival at the Fort, an expert guide will accompany you on your tour and introduce you to the fascinating history of this Fort through the centuries.
At this point there are two alternatives to choose from:

1.Gavi and its Fort
Walk along the panoramic path leading down from the Fort to the town itself. On arrival you will be able to taste some of the excellent typical products of the area in a number of quaint traditional local shops. Typical products such as Amaretti biscuits, the famous focaccia, the local wine; all as you make your way through Gavi's historical centre, a gem in itself, to be discovered and enjoyed. Finally return to the hotel on board an off-road vehicle.
Cost: € 150 for two people (€ 20 every additional person).

2. Gavi and the Old Mill
Once passed the medieval Fort, you will visit an old mill, where traditional techniques and the ancient millstones are still used to process the cereals. Following this visit, you will be accompanied through the country-side all the way to the centre of Gavi. There, in its quaint traditional shops, you will be able to taste the products typical of the area, such as the famous Gavi Amaretto and the focaccia. This, as you make your way through Gavi's delightful historical town centre, a pearl, just waiting to be discovered. Finally, return to the hotel on board an off-road vehicle.
Cost: € 150 for two people (€ 20 every additional person).

Country Personal Shopper
Car + 4-hour guided walk - Trail difficulty: low - Equipment: comfortable shoes / hiking boots
On board our off-road vehicle, you will leave with our guides to go shopping in the most exclusive small shops in the area. The cheese-maker and his cheeses, the beekeeper and his honey, the Piedmontese pastry chef and his amaretti; these are just some of the stops you'll be making along this exclusive wine and food tour, which will end with a lovely picnic along the banks of a fresh, flowing river.
Cost: € 150 - available for 1 to 6 participants.
